Marc Soscia

Marc Soscia completed his law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Schulich School of Business. He completed his undergraduate studies at York University, graduating summa cum laude with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in history and philosophy.

Mark Di Giovanni

Mark Di Giovanni completed his undergraduate degree at York University where he was awarded the highest cumulative grade point average in his faculty for two consecutive years. Mark graduated summa cum laude with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in philosophy. He received his law degree from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.

Prior to forming Bymark Law LLP, Marc Soscia and Mark Di Giovanni both practiced at Torys LLP. While on Bay Street, Marc Soscia focused on corporate law and Mark Di Giovanni focused on real estate law. Throughout the course of their careers, they have represented a broad range of clients, from large public companies and pension funds to private companies and family businesses.

In addition to acting for individuals on residential real estate files, Bymark Law LLP also helps builders and developers navigate the legal complexities of real estate projects and business dilemmas.
